I’ve been trying so hard changing my mindset and challenging myself to become someone that I know I could be by not being myself, if that made any sense lol. Taking myself out of my comfort zone has being been difficult, because of how my subconscious is conditioned to. I was only able to see things based on what I’ve learned from someone else or what I’ve perceive to be right. I will admit I’m a very negative, so my thought process was very low and I had low expectation for myself, I was very blind to the fact that I had a wonderful personality that could take me to a point to help me advance in life. Since I’m aware how my mind takes that not so nice journey down the dark path of depression, I fight it with positivity. I’m at a point where I want more for my life and work hard on my weak points, preparing myself mentally is the first start to my journey and giving myself weekly goals to be consistent with has been very helpful and I hope to update you on the road of greatness in the next coming weeks.
